1. Making and accepting the reservation
1.1 Accommodation reservations are made electronically via the booking form, by email at or by phone at tel .: +420 607 050 150.
1.2 By sending the reservation form (or e-mail), the reservation is not confirmed. If the room or date you requested is occupied, you will be offered another variant of the room or a replacement date.
1.3 After confirming the reservation it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 100% of the accommodation price within 5 working days from the reservation to the account number: 5034638339/0800, the variable symbol will be communicated by the reception, the guest will state his surname and date of stay.
1.4 The reservation confirmed in writing by the landlord is binding for both parties.
1.5 The guest pays a stay fee of CZK 35 / person / night upon arrival at the reception. Except for disabled people and children.
1.6 Payment for accommodation is paid non-cash on the basis of sent payment details.
1.7 In the event of premature termination or interruption of accommodation without the fault of the accommodation facility, there is no obligation to return the paid price of the stay or its proportional part to the customer.
1.8. In case of cancellation by the guest, the payment will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions of the accommodation facility.
2. Accommodation in a hotel
2.1. Check in is from 14:00 – 20:00. Check out always until 10:00. Reception opening hours 08:30 – 20:30.
2.2 Upon arrival, each guest is obliged by law to present to the landlord immediately upon arrival their identity card or other valid identity card, passport or other travel document in the sense of the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic. This gives him the right to the normal use of the leased premises and the use of the agreed services. It is not possible to accommodate a guest without proving your identity.
2.3 The guest or the persons accommodated with him are liable to the landlord for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally in the premises of the accommodation facility. The guest is obliged to report this damage to the reception and it will be paid upon departure at the reception.
2.4 If the guest has comments on the quality of services provided, the scope or content of the services provided, he is obliged to apply his requirements without undue delay during the stay so that they can be removed on the spot.
2.5 The landlord is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings, money, electronics, etc. left in the rooms or bicycles enclosed in the bicycle area. He is also not liable for damage caused to vehicles and items left in our car park. The building is guarded by a camera system for possible use in the theft investigation.
3. Cancellation policy
3.1 Cancellation conditions apply to the cancellation of the reservation by the client.

  • 31 and more days before arrival = 10% of the price of accommodation
  • 15-30 days before arrival = 50% of the accommodation price
  • 7 and less days before arrival = 100% of the accommodation price

3.2 Cancellation conditions by the accommodation facility.
If the hotel is closed by the owner or as a result of an order from the state and it is not possible to leave the date of accommodation, the guest will be refunded the full amount paid back to the account.
